Thanksgiving Conference

Katka and I were able to join many from our team with a refreshing Thanksgiving Conference. We had great food, time to sleep, some football games, and great fellowship.

First Jr High Event!

On Saturday we had our first Jr High event. Terry and Lori are heading up the ministry and they got it off to an exciting start. There were about 30 kids who showed up to the Harvest party.

Womens Conference

Today is the annual womens conference put on by Katka's mom. Women from around the country are gathering to pray, hear from a speaker, and worship together. It should be a great time!

First Staff Meeting

Last night we had our first staff meeting for our Youth group! It was a great time of evaluating, dreaming, and planning. We are so excited for the year ahead...

Worship Night

Last night there was a worship night for the Christians of Slovenia. There was around 100 people across several denominations. It was a great night.

Off To America!

Katka and I are getting so excited about our trip to the states! We will be home for 5 weeks and we are so excited about seeing everyone!

Camps!!!!

The last few months have been dominated with our summer camps. As a team we have already had 5 week long camps...and we have 2 more starting next week. They have been Great!

Da Vinci Code

Last week about 30 students went to see the Da Vinci code movie and this Friday we are having a big discussion about the book, discovering what is true and what isn't. Should be a good time.

Greece!

Last week we had a great little vacation to Greece to see Katka sing in Eurovision. The weather was great, the food was amazing, and the trip couldn't have been more perfect!

Spring Conference

Last week was our yearly spring conference. It was a great time to connect with other JV missionaries, share stories, and to be encouraged.

Easter Concert

On Sunday we had our Easter Concert, and it was great. Our church was packed out with many new faces, and they saw a great concert. There was testimonies, a short talk, and lots of great songs!

Church Retreat

This weekend was our church retreat on the Croatian coast. About 85 people! We theme was on relationships, both within the church, as well as with God. 8 people made decisions to follow Christ!

Snow!

Even though it is now well into March, we continue to get snow. Sunday at lunch there wasn't any snow in sight, and by 8 pm we had almost 15 inches! It was the 3rd significant snowfall in the last few weeks.

Winter Retreat

Last week we had a great winter retreat. There were about 22 of us up in the mountains, and it was a great time. We laughed, ate good food, played in the snow, had great talks about God, and had a ton of fun!

Back To Slovenia

It is 2 am here...and I just finished packing. In a few hours I will be getting on a plane to head back to Slovenia. It is always sad to say goodbye, but I am so excited to see everyone back in Slovenia.

Today is my little brothers birthday. We had a fun family dinner, laughed a lot, and watched him open some presents. It was a great time with the family!

Boise was GREAT!

It was so much for to see Boise and where my brother lives. Kirstin and him have a great house and a really fun city. We went skiing, watched football, ate some incredible enchiladas, played with Ryder, and went for a beautiful walk. It was a great weekend.

I am leaving in about 20 minutes to go and visit my brothers family in Idaho. It should be a great time to visit them and get some quality time before I go back to Slovenia. Should be fun!

Christmas as GREAT!

It was so great to have my whole family together for Chistmas. I was able to get some good time with my nephew which was great. As a family we had tons of laughs and enjoyed being together for the Holidays.
